Do you issue refunds?
At this time, I cannot issue refunds. Please make sure you read the full product description for pieces you are purchasing and reach out to me if you have any questions! I can make exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis. If you ever have problems with the ordering process, do not hesitate to reach out!
Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns at this time. Maddy Sprout is a one person owned and operated small business, so I hope you can be understanding of this policy. Like I mentioned above, I can make exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis, so if you are very unhappy with your order or you think there has been a mistake made on my part, please reach out. I am here to help!
What about pieces from events and retail spaces?
All items purchased offline, in person, or at various events are final sale.
What can I expect in terms of shipping?
All packages are shipped first class mail via USPS (SAVE THE USPS!!) Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
US orders take 2-5 business days for the USPS to ship to you depending on your location. Orders ship from Brooklyn NY. Please note that USPS may be experiencing delays due to COVID 19. I unfortunately have noticed an uptick in lost packages recently. If you are concerned about this, you can contact me about purchasing USPS insurance for your package.
NOTE: There will be an option to pay extra for rush shipping when you check out but this does not guarantee that the processing time will be quicker than 3-5 days. If you need rushed processing, please email me and I will do my best to process your order quickly!
All shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and distance of the shipment. Tracking is available with every purchase and will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
What if my package is lost in transit or stolen?
Please double check that your shipping address is secure and correct! Unfortunately, once orders have shipped, things are out of my hands. In the event that your address is incorrect, your items may be miss-delivered or returned to me :(
In the event it has been over 10 business days since placing an order and you have not received any shipping notification via email or package, please reach out! If you experience any other issue with shipping, I recommend filing a missing mail request. Let me know if you need any information from me in order to do this.
I have sensitive ears! What is your earring hardware made of?
All hardware I use is either gold plated, silver plated, or surgical steel. It should clarify on each listing what the hardware is made of, but if it is missing from a listing please reach out and I can clarify.
If you have sensitive ears and need your hooks or hoops to be surgical steel please email me after you place your order and I will do my best to switch out the hardware. I usually keep a stash of hypoallergenic surgical steel pieces in my studio for these cases! ツ
